Halzephron

halzephron cornish beach holiday
At the base of the steep cliff of Halzephron is a small cove at the southern end of Loe Bar. Some serious climbing finesse is required to reach the cove, with access only possible via a sketchy rope hanging down the Northern side of the cliff. Access is also possible by hopping across the boulders from the beach to the North. A mythical right-hand point break can be surfed but is extremely rare and only a select few have ever conquered it.

No lifeguards.

Dog Friendly.

Directions: Park on the side of the road near the Halzephron Inn and find the coastal path. Look carefully and you will see the rope access situated in a heavily eroded gully.
